I'm thrilled to be going back to Vale de Moses in 2022 as one of their guest teachers. I've hosted many retreats here and it's one of my favourite places to visit.

You will be lovingly taken care of by their incredible team, and the nature and the food is out of this world!

This retreat is open to everyone! All ages, sizes, and levels of yoga experience. You are all welcome here.

During our week together I will introduce you to the power of Forrest Yoga, a healing, empowering, intuitive, and strengthening practice developed over the past 45 years by Ana Forrest. 

With 2 daily yoga practices, ceremony, chanting, walks in nature, nourishing food, and peaceful nights, expect to leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.



My retreats are much much more than just a yoga holiday. They are a sacred pause from daily life and our habitual patterns and routines.

They are a space for you to reflect on your life, to have some deeply restful and restorative time for you, to relax and connect deeply to nature, and to rediscover and explore your relationship to joy, pleasure and playfulness.

What I love about organising retreats, is that each time a completely unique group of people come together to share and participate in an adventure together. We have this sacred time together, and my intent is to help you make the most of it!

At the heart of all of my retreats, is embracing self acceptance, self love, and confronting fears and doubts that hold you back in life. We will practice a lot of yoga together. We will meditate, and music and ceremony will play a big part in our time together.

This is space for you to be yourself. Every single part of you is welcome on these retreats. It's a place for you to be seen, to be heard, and to be accepted for you are, and a space for you to do the same for others.

We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your place and if for any reason you can’t make it, we simply carry your deposit forward onto any visit in the next 3 years.

It’s important to us that healing is accessible to everyone and that those often underrepresented on retreat and in yoga spaces are actively welcomed and able to be a part of Vale de Moses. The long holds help you progress in the poses and go deeper. Aided by the use of heat, your body is freed from toxins; the deep breathing  oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body.


Forrest Yoga teaches you to become proficient at safely tailoring each pose to work best for you, particularly with physical and emotional injuries. By learning to work honestly at your edges, you develop effective tools to deal with fear and struggle.
