"Beautiful practice, beautiful people, beautifully done... it seems there is room for everyone!"
"When I look back on my life, I will see the retreat to Portugal with Tom as a big turning point."
"All my earlier approaches to Yoga failed until I took Tom's class. His teaching goes without any unnecessary fuss, it's incredibly beneficial and empathetic both physically and mentally. For me it is a therapy for body and mind that I never knew I would need. A great way of connecting with other people and a major gain for Berlin's community."

For over 5 years I've been teaching weekly classes in Berlin in a beautiful studio by the canal in Kreuzberg.
Growing as a teacher and seeing how this simple but immensely powerful practice changes lives inspires me every day. I learn so much from the wisdom and humour of my students.
I know from my own personal experience how life changing yoga can be. In each class and on every retreat my desire and intent is to create a space for you to change your life for the better!
Life is so short and precious and demands to be lived to the fullest, with passion and joy. This is why I teach yoga and run retreats. To share with you the simple skills and tools that have worked for me - I hope to meet you on the mat soon!
I walked into my very first Yoga class on a weekend trip to Amsterdam 12 years ago. Since then I have explored different styles including Bikram, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa Yoga and now I teach the intensely physical and healing Forrest Yoga, a modern, dynamic practice carefully crafted by Ana Forrest over the past 40 years.
Forrest Yoga ignites every cell in my body. I love the intensity and the emphasis on personal freedom, intuition, and connection to spirit and the authentic self.
Yoga has brought wonderful healing to my life.14 years ago I was in a very different place. I struggled with addiction, depression and social anxiety. I felt lost and disconnected from myself and the world around me.
Through regular Yoga practice I started to heal, nourish and respect my body and bring joy and presence into my life. Yoga for me is an exhilarating, joyful and at times painful journey of growth and self discovery - I love every second.
I completed my first 200hr teacher training in 2014 in London at Hot Power Yoga with world-class instructors Dylan Ayaloo and Craig Norris. More recently I trained with modern Yoga pioneer Ana Forrest, completing the Foundation and the Advanced Training.
I love to dance! I was one of the founders of the pre-work sober rave experience Morning Gloryville Berlin. As well as Yoga learning how to dance sober has had a profound impact on my life.
I've been fortunate to travel all over the world, from filming sled dog racing in Alaska to climbing mountains in Kenya and Patagonia and the Himalayas. I'm very happy to call Berlin home now.
